Private/Group Volleyball Instruction

Our volleyball lessons are fun and affordable as well as focused and formulated for success. Volleyball lessons are available at both facilities. Our coaches have experience playing at every position and use this experience to benefit the players we work with. Our lessons can help to improve the game of a player at any level.  Private sessions allow more focus to be placed on each aspect of your game. You will learn to improve your skills in setting, serving, passing, footwork, serve-reception, and hitting. Get your whole team together for sessions that will also include team-building skills. To schedule a lesson or for further information, please give us a call or email Attackvolleyball@courtone.com

Our coaches can teach all volleyball positions or skills such as:

Jump Serving, Float serving, Standing float, Collapse digging, Diving, Sprawling, Setting, Hitting… and much more

whether you are a...

Hitter that would like to work on your setting?

Libero who would like to work on your serving?

A player that didn't make the school team?

A player that would like to use volleyball to help get you into college.

Or a whole  team that needs a qualified coach to help learn some quality drills, build confidence and communication. (full-time or part-time).

The first lesson is more of an evaluation to see where a player stands and determine what they’re wanting to accomplish and learn about the players goals and expectations of the Court One coaching staff.

Through out my playing career I had a chance to play every single position. This benefiting my players I have worked with. I can explain any position from a beginners point of view to an experts point of view.
Not only can I teach positions, I can teach skills such as:
Jump Serving
Float serving
Standing float
Collapse digging
Diving
Sprawling
Setting
Hitting
… and much more
Are you a:
Hitter that would like to work on your setting.
Libero who would like to work on your servering.
Or just a team that needs a qualified coach to help (full-time or part-time).
