A member or member family may only book one court per day.
A Plus membership entitles that person or member family a total of one hour of singles, or two hours of doubles per day.
Court fees for non-Plus members and guests will be charged no matter the day/time of reservation. The member is always responsible for ensuring guest fees and court fees are paid.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE RULES WITH YOUR CHILD(REN) TO ENSURE SAFETY

General Club Use / Supervision

Children under 14 require appropriate adult supervision while using general club areas such as the gymnasium/basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and common areas.
Children age 14+ may generally use these areas independently, provided they are checked in, follow all club rules, and behave safely and responsibly.
Higher-risk areas such as the pool, weight room, and cardio room have their own age and supervision requirements, which take priority over this general rule.

Weight Room Rules

Children age 11 and under may not use the weight room under the standard policy.
Ages 12–13 may use the weight room only with direct parent/legal guardian supervision and may not perform free-weight squats or deadlifts; use the Smith machine for those movements.
Ages 14–15 may use the weight room independently, but free-weight squats require a qualified spotter and deadlifts require qualified supervision/observation with no max or near-max attempts.
Ages 16+ follow general member rules; spotters and safety equipment should be used for heavy or risky lifts.

Cardio Room Rules:

Children age 11 and under may not use the cardio room under the standard policy.
Ages 12–13 may use cardio equipment only with direct parent/legal guardian supervision.
Ages 14+ may use cardio equipment independently if using it safely and responsibly.

Swimming Pools / Hot Tub / Saunas

Children who are not potty trained must wear appropriate swim diapers/plastic pants.
Children under 14 require a responsible parent/legal guardian in the pool area while swimming; children age 4 and under may not use the hot tub.
Ages 14–15 may swim without direct parent supervision but may not swim alone.
Ages 16+ may generally swim alone, although Court One recommends not swimming alone when avoidable.

Safety Warning:
Court One Athletic Clubs, including its staff and management, do not provide supervision for children within the premises. Whether they have accompanied them or not parents / guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of their children throughout their visit to Court One, including any financial liabilities arising from the misuse or damage of equipment and facilities. It is presumed that parents or guardians have informed their children of the risks associated with the improper use of weight equipment, swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas, along with the potential repercussions. It is advised that all minors under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by an adult while on the premises of Court One.

I have read the warnings and acknowledge the safety risks associated with unattended children inside and around athletic equipment, pools, hot tubs and saunas. *
