Important Information
To remove the hold and also change your membership type, or the number of people on your membership, you must select a different option above. Choose "add" or "remove" submember(s) from above.
To switch from a short-term membership, to a monthly membership that requires 12-active months, you need to fill out a new membership application at the customer service desk.
As long as there has not been a gap in membership, there will not be an additional enrollment fee or charges outside of the monthly dues for your membership type.
Examples
The option to change your membership type should only be used as a way to add/remove the benefits of a Plus membership.
To add/remove submembers, or change from active to hold, you must select a new option above.
A person that is not currently active, or taking ownership of an account cannot become primary until they have signed our membership agreement inside the club. Please continue to complete this form, but remind the new member they will have to complete paperwork in person as well.
Young Adult Membership is for those that are 18 through 24 years of age.

Safety Warning: Court One Athletic Clubs, including its staff and management, do not provide supervision for children within the premises. Whether they have accompanied them or not parents / guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of their children throughout their visit to Court One, including any financial liabilities arising from the misuse or damage of equipment and facilities. It is presumed that parents or guardians have informed their children of the risks associated with the improper use of weight equipment, swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas, along with the potential repercussions. It is advised that all minors under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by an adult while on the premises of Court One.
When selecting an effective date, you should choose the first day of the calendar month you would like this person removed from the membership. (For Example: If you select today's date, the removal will take place on the first day of next month. The person being removed may still use the club until that date)
The effective date of this request is the date of submission. (If any charges or fees were assessed after submission, but prior to the processing of the request, such fees will be waived, provided that the changes comply with all Court One membership policies)
