Court One Athletic Clubs is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items stored in rented lockers. Members are encouraged to avoid storing cash, jewelry, or other valuables.
Locker rentals are billed monthly and must be kept current to maintain access. Nonpayment for more than 10 days past due may result in the locker being emptied and contents held for 7 days before disposal.
Lockers are assigned to a single member and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Members are responsible for keeping their locker clean and in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges. Upon inspection of your locker, cleaning or repair fees may be assessed.
No perishable foods, illegal substances, flammable materials, weapons, or items that create odors, messes, or health hazards are allowed
Court One reserves the right to access lockers at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, safety, or policy enforcement
When a rental ends or membership is terminated, the locker must be cleared by the final day of the rental period. Any remaining items will be removed. A clearing fee may be applied.
Only Court One-approved locks may be used. Unapproved or damaged locks may be removed without compensation.
Court One reserves the right to reassign or relocate lockers as needed or to terminate locker rentals at its discretion.
Locker rentals are non-refundable once billed, even if the locker is vacated mid-month.

To switch from a short-term membership, to a monthly membership that requires 12-active months, you need to fill out a new membership application at the customer service desk.

As long as there has not been a gap in membership, there will not be an additional enrollment fee or charges outside of the monthly dues for your membership type.

To extend your short-term membership, the start date has to be the end date of your previous short-term membership. There will be no proration.
A $19.00 assessment will be charged if your short-term membership spans over New Year's Day or continues from one year to another.

Important Information

Requests to place a membership on "hold" must be submitted on or before the first of the month.
In cases where the request is submitted on a holiday, weekend, or the few days immediately preceding the effective date may still be billed. As long as the request is submitted on or before the first of the month, the request will be honored and billing corrected when we return to the office.
Requests submitted after the first of the month, will be processed on the first day of the following calendar month.
All account balances must be paid in full prior to a membership hold.
A $9.00 hold fee will be charged for each month on hold, until a written request to return to active status is submitted.

New Membership Choice

Family

Senior 2-Family is defined as any two people that reside in the same household full time, as long as one of the two individuals is 65+ years of age.
Supporting documentation is required to add individuals to a membership; this may include, but is not limited to, a driver's license, apartment lease, school records, utility bills, or a combination thereof.

Youth Membership is available to students under the age of 18 or until the student is no longer enrolled in K-12 classes.
Children under 14 years of age need an adult with them for the duration of the visit.
Youth members will be automatically upgraded to Young Adult when they no longer qualify for the Youth Membership

Young Adult Membership is for those that are 18 through 24 years of age.

Young Adult members will be automatically upgraded to a regularly priced membership when reaching 25 years of age.

Family is defined as comprising no more than two adults aged 21 or older, and up to four dependents under the age of 21, all of whom must reside full-time in the same household.
Dependents must be legal dependents of the primary or secondary member and must reside in the same residence full-time.
Supporting documentation is required to add individuals to a membership; this may include, but is not limited to, a driver's license, apartment lease, school records, utility bills, or a combination thereof.
Additional dependents are $30/month.

Senior Membership is an available option for those who have reached 65 years of age.
A Senior Member may add a secondary member, no matter their age, as long as they live in the same home full time. This is called a Senior 2- Family Membership. (listed above as another membership option)
It is a member’s responsibility to initiate a change in membership type following their 65th birthday.

Important Information for Plus Members

A Plus member may book a tennis court in "prime time" once the club has opened on the day of play without additional fees. (Primetime: 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Monday through Thursday)
A member or member family may only book one court per day.
A Plus membership entitles that person or member family a total of one hour of singles, or two hours of doubles per day.
Court fees for non-Plus members and guests will be charged no matter the day/time of reservation. The member is always responsible for ensuring guest fees and court fees are paid.
The best way for a member to reserve court time is by using the Court One App available in the app store for both iPhone and Android.

Weight Room Rules

Children under 12 may not be in the weight room
Children 12-13 must be accompanied and within reach of an adult at all times.
Children 14-15 years old are required to have a spotter for all free weight use
- Smith machine required for squats and deadlift. No free weights for these lifts.
Children 16+ should always use a spotter and act responsibly

Cardio Room Rules:

Children under 12 are not allowed in the cardio room
Children 12-13 may only use treadmills with direct adult supervision
Children 14+ years old may use cardio equipment responsibly

Swimming Pools / Hot Tub / Saunas

Children who are not potty trained must wear tight fitting plastic pants and/or disposable swim specific diapers.
Children under 14 may not use the pool, spa or sauna without direct supervision
Children 14-15 years of age cannot swim alone
Children 16+ should not swim alone

Safety Warning:
Court One Athletic Clubs, including its staff and management, do not provide supervision for children within the premises. Whether they have accompanied them or not parents / guardians are solely responsible for the supervision of their children throughout their visit to Court One, including any financial liabilities arising from the misuse or damage of equipment and facilities. It is presumed that parents or guardians have informed their children of the risks associated with the improper use of weight equipment, swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas, along with the potential repercussions. It is advised that all minors under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by an adult while on the premises of Court One.
