Employer Discount Requests

Due to high employee participation, discounts* are available for select area employers. These discounts are applicable only to regular monthly membership for Individual, 2-Family, and Family membership.

(These discounts are not applicable to Plus, Senior, Young Adult, or Youth memberships.)

The following information is required for discount approval:

• Full Name
• Employer
• Position Title
• Acceptable supporting documentation:
  • Copy of pay stub with the employer’s name present (Financial information must be redacted)
  • URL of employer’s staff directory with employee’s name and contact information
  • Confirmation of employment by HR department on company letterhead

*All Court One membership rules and policies apply. Court One reserves the right to change or discontinue employer discounts and the qualifications to receive these discounts with or without notice at anytime. Discounts do not apply when paid annually or on a short-term basis. If Court One discontinues a discount based on employer participation, not as a result of the member’s employment status with the qualifying member, the member will be given consideration to cancel membership without penalty. If the discount request is approved, any payments made during membership enrollment or during the approval process will be adjusted to reflect the discount.
