As a new member, are there any other “surprise” fees?

In addition to monthly dues, there are a couple of fees you should know about. First, our enrollment fee.  When a new member joins, there is a $49 enrollment fee charged (this fee is for the primary member, so not charged to any family being added to the membership) There is an annual $19 assessment fee that is charged each year on January 1st.  We use this money to make major changes/updates the the club facilities and programs. Do both clubs have pools and saunas?

Yes! Court One North has an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  There is also a sauna in both locker rooms. Court One East has an indoor pool and hot tub, open all year long, as well as an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Both tennis locker rooms have saunas, and the men's aquatic locker room also has a steamroom.

How many people can I have on my Family Membership?

A Family Membership can be two (2) adults that are 21+, and up to four (4) dependents that are under 21 years of age. All individuals on a membership must live in the same home and able to provide supporting documentation. Account dependants must be the legal dependant of the primary or secondary membership on the membership.

Can I join and just get billed month to month, instead of committing to 12-active months?

Short term memberships are available for a minimum of three full months, and up to 11 months. Short term memberships are paid in advance but at the same rate as an annual membership. Enrollment fee and $19.00 assessment fee, as well as any prorated dues for the current month will be added to the membership total.  For example, if a prospective short-term member were to join in the middle of the month, they would pay an enrollment fee, assessment fee, the dues for half the month we are in currently, then a minimum of three full months following the current [...]

Do I have to sign a contract?

Most new members choose to join and agree to remaining a member for 12-active months. However, if a member joins and wishes to cancel before the 12-active months has been fullfiled, the cost to cancel is equal to one month's dues.
