Basketball
Our Court One North location has two full-size basketball courts with 4 adjustable hoops. Also at our North location, outdoors we have “Hoop Heaven,” an outdoor sport court with 12 glass height-adjustable backboards.
Court One East location has 1 full basketball court and 2 smaller basketball courts with a total of 6 basketball hoops.
Our third and newest location, the Court One Training Center, has 1 full basketball court, and 2 80-foot courts that run perpendicular to the larger court. There are 6 hoops and an additional 30×80-foot ball handling area next to the court to help accommodate large groups. We also have “Hoop Heaven,” an outdoor sport court with 12 height-adjustable glass backboards. Baseball/Softball
At the Court One Training Center, we have two batting cages on a turf surface, portable pitching mounds, L screens and pitching machines. There is also a 130×80-foot fielding area with a gym floor surface. This facility has been used by Lansing Community College softball and baseball teams for all indoor team practices and training.
At Court One East we have two batting cages and a junior baseball field.
Our state-of-the-art junior baseball facility is ready for play. The infield is adaptable for play for our 8U through 14U and softball teams. Field dimensions — Left Field: 218′ Centerfield: 265 feet, Right Field: 250 feet left field fence is 10 feet, center field and right field fences are 6 feet. There are big dugouts for both visitors and home teams, and a spacious parking lot adjacent to field in left field. The facility features a beautiful, shaded seating area.
Volleyball
Our Court One North location has 3 volleyball courts with adjustable poles on a sport court surface.
Court One East location has 2 volleyball courts with adjustable poles on a wood gym floor.
Our third and newest location, the Court One Training Center, we have 3 volleyball courts with adjustable poles on a wood floor surface.

Floor Hockey

Golf
Why not use our indoor golf hitting cages to sharpen your game? At the Court One Training Center, we have two hitting cages on a turf surface ready whenever you are! Many Michigan golfers plan a trip to warmer climates in the winter but don’t warm up their game before going! Give us a call and let us help you get your game going!
Football
Court One Athletic Clubs provides the optimum environment to improve your football skills. From weight training to speed and agility, Court One has a variety of facilities and surfaces to improve your power and speed.
At the Court One Training Center we have a well-groomed football field including goal posts. Used for flag football, football camps and coaches’ clinics, our field is perfect for you and your group!
Soccer/Futsal
Court One Athletic Clubs provides the optimum environment to improve your soccer skills. Court One has a variety of facilities and surfaces to improve your power, speed, and agility.
At the Court One Training Center we have a well-groomed soccer field including goals. Our field is perfect for your games, soccer camps and coaches’ clinics.
Lacrosse
Our Court One Training Center is used for indoor lacrosse practices as well as outdoor play, lacrosse lessons, lacrosse clinics and facility rental for club teams. If you want to come back in the spring or summer, our football/soccer field is perfect for lacrosse!
Tennis
We have 12 indoor and 6 outdoor tennis courts between two facilities. We are also proud to offer 4 outdoor clay tennis courts, the only clay courts in mid-Michigan. All hard courts have blended lines and have been recently resurfaced.
Roller Derby
Court One’s Training Center provides the perfect place for your roller derby practice or bout! Our Training Center is the home of Lansing Mitten Mavens Roller Derby!
