Tennis Reservations

Tennis reservations will be released for other members if the court is not in use within 10 minutes after the reservation start time.

If you are unable to use your reservation, please release it as early as possible so another member has an opportunity to reserve and use the court.

A fee will be charged for:

• No-shows.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the reservation start time.
• Prime-time court blocking, as explained below.

Tennis Prime Time

Tennis prime time is Monday through Thursday from 4:00–9:00 p.m.

Plus members are allowed, per membership:

• 1 hour of singles play per day, or
• 2 hours of doubles play per day.

Plus members are not charged for same-day prime-time tennis reservations made after 6:00 a.m. that same day, subject to the daily reservation limits above.

Reservations made before 6:00 a.m. that same day by Plus members will be charged the prime-time rate of $34 per court-hour, regardless of what the mobile app shows at the time of booking.

Prime-Time Court Blocking Rule

Prime-time courts are in high demand. To keep access fair, members may not reserve a prime-time court, cancel it later, and then play on another member’s court during that same prime-time evening.

If the host/reserving member cancels their own prime-time court and then plays on another court during that same prime-time evening, the host/reserving member of the cancelled court will be billed for the court they blocked.

This rule applies even if the cancelled court was released more than 2 hours before the reservation start time. This is not treated as a late-cancellation fee. It is a prime-time court-blocking charge because the member held limited prime-time court inventory and still used prime-time court access that evening.

Example: If several members each book a prime-time court at 6:00 a.m. because they are not sure who will get one, then later cancel the extra courts and all play together on one court, the hosts of the cancelled courts will be billed for the courts they blocked.
