Guidelines
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all, please follow the guidelines below.
Court Usage
- Players must remain on their assigned court
- Court changes require approval from the front desk
- Groups using multiple courts and rotating players must provide a player list to the front desk
- Changing courts without consulting the front desk may result in additional charges
Court Timing
- Courts may only be used during your reserved time
- Please check with the front desk before using courts early or staying late, as additional court fees may apply
Unused Court Policy
- Unused or underused courts will result in an additional charge to the reservation holder
- This charge is final and will not be waived or refunded
- Courts may be reassigned if left unused or if no notice is given to staff
Reservation Responsibility
- The reservation host is responsible for their court and players
- Hosts must know who is playing on their reservation
- Any unpaid court fees will be billed to the host member
